In 1930, the the firm known today as Mullan's Collision was called Guaranty Radiator and Fender. In 1939 Mitch Mullan Sr. rented the building at 2201 Pacific Ave. and named it Mullan's Body & Fender Works.
Mitch Mullan Jr started sweeping floors at the company in 1939, then left
for military
duty. When he returned in 1953, he started working full-time,
then bought the building in
1985 and changed the name to Mullan's Collision.
Today, although semi-retired in
2000, he still helps his two sons, Gary and
Bob, to run the business.
